​A non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the workforce development services provided to job seekers and employers in the Rocky Mountain Region. RMWDA exists to build the capacity of workforce professionals, Workforce Development Board Members and Community Partners. Supports are geared toward enhancing and improving  employment and training services provided to career seekers and business entities. Member agencies plan and sponsor forum which are held throughout the Rocky Mountains and out-of-state, attending meetings, and workforce development professional conferences. RMWDA maintains relationships with the Colorado Department of Labor & Employment (CDLE), Colorado Workforce Development Council (CWDC), Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) and other strategic organizations throughout the region.
